McDONALD’S® APPRECIATES A GOOD THING: 

EXPANDS WORK WITH BBG&G ADVERTISING OF MIDDLETOWN

 (Middletown, NY) -This month, the New York State Thruway McDonald’s operators start a new marketing campaign being launched by local BBG&G Advertising.  “We Give a Hoot for Truck Drivers” begins this month at eleven Thruway locations. At the same time, the agency’s successful “Be Tool Cool” program will continue.

      Through the  “We Give a Hoot for Truck Drivers” program, discount cards are offered to truck drivers entitling them to a 15% discount on all food and beverage purchases. Truck drivers can obtain a discount card by showing their commercial driver license at any of the participating Thruway Plaza locations. This campaign complements the already running “Be Tool Cool” program, where tour bus drivers and guides are rewarded for frequent visits to McDonald’s with gift certificates for Craftsman tools.
